Aim High Fostering Services was developed by Directors who have extensive personal and professional experience in fostering and Children’s Social Services. The Agency was registered in 2016 and our Ofsted inpection in 2017 rated the agency as ‘Good’. One Director has previously been a long-term/specialist foster carer and so the Agency knows from a grass-roots level just what it means to foster.
We are driven by children’s needs and our primary aim is to provide a stable, secure, and nurturing family environment to a child in care. We believe that the very best environment for a child to grow and achieve is within a loving family home.
The needs and welfare of the child is paramount at all times and as such we carefully recruit and train Foster Carers from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds in order to deliver a fully inclusive, holistic approach in supporting children and young people.
Our Carers attend Core and Specialist training each month to help them further their skills and ability. We know fostering isn’t a 9-5 job, which is why we support our carers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The vision and expectation of Aim High is to provide high quality, safe and nurturing homes for vulnerable children and young people and to ensure our carers receive the best possible support and training to enable them to fulfill their roles.
